Against taking ticket fee from cancer patients
Respected sir, no doubt your libra bus service is awesome, but one of your libra bus ( from Raman mandi to Bathinda) conductor named soma pandit is taking ticket fee from cancer patients, even patients have their cancer certificate. When we say him that other private buses are not take ticket fee from cancer patients then he says rudely that every Libra bus take a ticket fee of Cancer patients. Is it true? If not then scold him and please reply me about your law in this case.

I have booked libra bus on 7 May scheduled at 2.45 p.m from Amritsar to Chandigarh through red bus app. But on that day bus was not boarded to chandigarh as operator told that due to lockdown bus will not board to Chandigarh. He told me to cancel booking from my end but when I got for cancellation app shown me some penalty to be charged. Then again I called to the number from where I received call and told about cancellation charges. He told me that he will cancel from his end and no charges will deduct. But neither booking cancelled nor my money refunded. On that day I arrived boarding point town hall gate at 2.30 p.m. there was no libra bus on point. Kindly do needful and arrange refund as soon as possible.

extra fares than prtc

Today I'll Go From Makhu, 142044 To Talwandi travel in PRTC bus at 6 AM in the morning and they charge me Rs. 35 on Full ticket but at evening time, I'll travel in Libra bus Service, Punjab From Talwandi to Makhu back at near about 4:15 PM and they charge me more than PRTC they charge me Rs.40
Forcely and conductor said to me(with attitude) that he charge Rs.40 he doesn't matter what PRTC charge you

The person who gives the bus ticket misbehaved with me and talked ridiculously that I had to cancel my ticket and wait for another bus. Shameful instance for that old aged Sardar ji.👎👎👎👎👎

Today i travelled from ludhiana to malerkotla in libra the timing was near about 3.25 and the songs played by employees were very vulgar which one cannot see with their elders
So please work on it. So they one cannot feel shame while travelling in this bus
I usually came in libra at 6.20 pm from ludhiana but there was no such problem. Please these kind of songs must be restricted in buses

I am travelling from ludhiana to jalandher in bus no. Pb 13 af 9307. At 11:00 a. M bus started from samarala chowk (Ludhiana) and its 12:20 p. M they haven't reached phagwara yet, and then they drive very fast to fill the time gap. This is the only reason why we all prefer roadway or prtc for travelling. To improve your service and to avoid road mishappening take some serious setps...

Sir, i was at ludhiana on 7.20 pm on 11.08.17 means today. I boarded on prtc running from ludhiana at 7.40 pm. And i was reached at sirhind at 9 pm and wait for a bus for patiala. At this time your bus no.5575 came and one of your staff who sat in 5575 (Sardar ji) started misbehaving with me on ground that you stand at our counter but why you boarded in prtc. And then he came to your next bus behind ambala libra and he forced your patiala bus, 's conductor to call me. And he called me to the ground in full public view. And again your sardar ji misbehaving me on sirhind bus stand. I am a bank manager in sbi. Really very disgusting. Very sorry for your staff, 's behavior.

I am riding in a bus then conductor come for ticketing then i say i am daily user of lubra bus. I say plaese 25 rs then he use bad language with me and said no i will take 30rs then i sad ok but again he use bad language the bus no is "pb 13 ab 31 37" so i think that libra bus service will solve my problem. And this bus gave me very bad service and i am disappointing with them i suggest people not to travel in this bus

Amritsar to patiala said it will take 4:30 hrs to reach. But they made it 8 hrs travel by stopping it at jalandhar and ludhiana bus stand for 30 minutes each. Upon asking, they say we don't care and when i called on the complaint no. [protected], which was mentioned in bus itself, they also said we don't know anything. Biggest liars ever i have seen

I travelled from my college lovely professional university to jalandhar yesterday from libra bus, they charged me rs 30. while the actual fare is only rs 10. After i told them the actual fare is rs 10 then they rply fare got increased. Even they not give me the ticken of rs 30 only gave ticket over which no any fare is written or printed. After i reached jalandhar when i asked about their office, they replied here is no office office of libra in jalandhar.
After that they started bus n ran from their.
We are students and came from other city and bus drivers and conductors charge extra for their own income from us mostly.
I just want check the bus fares so that we not face such problem.

Stolen bag from within libra bus service bus

I had my bag stolen from the luggage compartment of a Mercedes Benz Bus run by Libra Bus Service on March 14, 2014 at 11am at Ludhiana Bus Stand. Bus Registration Number: PB 13 L 0067. I lost nearly one lakh rupees because of this theft and Libra Bus Service, till date, has taken no accountability of what happened.
What was worse was that staff from Libra Bus Service, namely Sharanjt Singh, together with the SHO at the Ludhiana Bus Depot Police Station, pressured me into writing a false FIR that I had lost my bag and it had not been stolen.
Despite initial assurances from their Director, Jasjeet Libra that appropriate compensation would be given to me, after a few days, he stopped answering my calls and all my requests have fallen on deaf ears.
What was worse was that staff from Libra Bus Service, namely Sharanjt Singh, together with the SHO at the Ludhiana Bus Depot Police Station, pressured me into writing a false FIR that I had lost my bag and it had not been stolen.
