I Have paid lic premium for the policy no[protected] Amount 5044 and another one policy no[protected] amount 143 dated 13.02.2017 through online payment.Amount debited from my account on same time. But I don't received the recipt till date. Please do the needful.

Non receipt of payment certificate

They have informed me that the receipt will be send within 48hours to my mail id but I am yet to receive the same. The document is essential for my annual IT calculation. No premium receipt received

I have made online payment for my policy No.[protected]on[protected]. The transaction status was successful. Bank statement also confirmed it. But apart from all this I have not received my receipt till date.
It was supposed to be produced within three days. It is very urgent as I have to submit it to my office within this month. Kindly help me out in this matter....
