We visited Likizo in August their representative gave an presentation about their product that time they told we will get 2 movie tickets dinner voucher every month but they gave that only once and now they are not replying our mails nor picking the calls. We took 100000 package for 5years but they are not giving the expected service to use so we want our refund back. Pls help us.

Likizo services Pvt limited is a fraud company cheating people all over Pune and mumbai in the name of holiday packages and other benefits.They Rob people of their hard earned money and don't offer services . Moreover they don't respond to calls and email. I have been duped by this company off my hard earned 1 lakh 10 thousand.
They have cases against them in police stations as well.

I had entered into agreement with likizo services on 3rd nov 2018 based on assurances and offers explained to me for the holiday membership by paying rs. 30000/-. For which i was assured that rs. 1000/- will be debited immediately and balance rs. 29000/- will be deducted as 30 months emi for rs. 1000/- per month.

Request your help for registration of complaint against the company to get me back my rs. 30000/- which have been charged by mis-guiding for transaction being swiped through my card and further mis-leading information for terms of membership. Also others can be made aware about malafide intentions of the company and its senior management from being duped in future.

I have enrolled for membership at baner office. For services i am calling them continuously but not getting positive response from them. Whenever i am calling them, i am getting response that we have forwarded your request to concern depart and we will get back to you or we will call you in 1-2 hours.

Regarding gym membership they dont provide app code, last they told me to do your own and submit payment details and as per today discussion they asked me to share quotation.

Let me know if there is any way to get services or to get money back.

I have invested inr 25000 in likizo services. Now they are not giving the service and not reply on my mail. The activity of this company is suspicious due to following reasons:
1. No body reply to any email and call
2. The web is not functional
3. Original office is missing

I had taken 3 years tour plan of 80K from Likizo Services on Jan 2018. I paid 70K through credit card at the same time on Jan 2018 and 10K later through cash on June 2018. What they promise me is -1) to give me 0% interest rate in credit card EMI option of 3 years means they will give me all the interest money that I will get after choosing EMI option and -2) free gym through free fitato monthly passes.
-1) 0% interest rate in credit card EMI option:-
So, I did the same send them EMI statement and ask them to transfer all interest money so what they did is force me to pay 3 year AMC (Annual maintenance Charge) of 21K in interest amount of approx. 28.8K, so I asked them to cut only 1 year AMC i.e. 7K. Ok, so they then decided to pay me in 4 installments this interest amount of 21.8K after cutting AMC. Only two installments received till now after making so many requests and calls. Now, nothing came up for like 4 months. No response no calls I have put like 50-60 emails called them like so many times.
-2)free gym through free fitato monthly passes.
This facility came after July 2018 for like 3-4 months then no passes no response. They say like Sir you just buy pass from fitato or do a one day basis gym just give us gym receipt through mail we will credit that amount to your account. So I bought a pass of Rs.799/- from fitato send the receipt in Oct but nothing came up. I followed them up several time for that amount and for free passes they again asked me to do same buy pass from yourself send us receipt but I don't trust them this time.

Lastly I requested them to discontinue my service and forward me my money 80K Rs. after cutting whatever services if I have used. As I have not used any services till now except 3-4 month fitato pass there should not be any major cut involved. They promised me till Feb 1st week they will forward me all my money back, and for that I am definitely unsure of that they would do the same.

Likizo services pune has taken 105000 from my sbi credit payment and told me to convert 105000 amount into flexipay and they will return the interest charged on that. So 105000+45000 (Approx interest/ finance charges on that).
Which is never returned to me. And one tour i have taken to goa the hotel was 40km from main city and not at all four-five star property.

I sent so many emails and calls to their office in amanora but they say we will refund it's in process but i never got my 45000 amount refund.

They are cheaters, they are targeting and looting middle-class families. Mostly couple they will target.

In mall there will be their sales people who will take your information and ask to visit their office for free gifts and good offers. And once you visit they will trap you by telling so many things.

Now their office is closed in amanora.

Need help to get my money back, atleast the interest amount (45000).

I am also one if the victims of their fraud and had lost rs 2.3 lakhs.
I went to their office in vaner where they lured me to their package discounting it upto rs 50000, and as a fool i had fallen into theor trap.
I itialyy they provided gym membership for two months and a hotel booking at mahabaleshwar, but since then they have stopped responding.
It has been now around two months since they have not given any gym code.
Initially told it will come in next year and they will compensate by adding extra months to my 30 yrs contract.
Bur they they never called, started getting rude when i called them. Mr manoj their so called manager never spoke when i asked to and now have stopped picking my calls completely.
I will be taking legal actions now. Please message me if you can help me with anything

The company representative has told like they will provide services (Like monthly dinner, gym, beauty parlour coupon, event will be organized every 2 months from company side and travel plan to visit the destination) if you pay 71000 rupees.

They given all promises and said they will keep these promises for the next 3 years. But from last 6 months happened they are unable to provide any of the above services. But, they already swiped 71000 rupees on my credit card.

I visited their office multiple time in last 6 month but they are just giving the reason as it is not possible this month, we don't have coupons... Etc.

Need your help to get my money back. I am really in trouble.

I also have been cheated by likizo services.
Initially i paid them 2.3 lakhs. Such a fool i am. They did give me gym voucher for three months and hotel booking, but since then they have stopped providing any service. They have now stopped picking my calls. On threatening police complaints they say it didnt bother them.
All this happened at baner where mr manoj who seems to be the boss has now stopped responding completely.

I took the membership of Likizo on 23 March 2018 by paying an amount of 95000 Rs.
Below are the services which we were supposed to be provided to us but we have not received:

We were verbally committed to get Club membership facilities - Monthly Dinner (we need to notify 2 days prior for it)
- Big Bazaar/Dmart Vouchers on alternate months
-Lakme salon voucher on monthly basis

We have not received any of the above services stating it will be given as per availability.

We have written communication on providing gym membership as a part of club membership. We have received this service once for a period of 3 months.
That too after visiting them multiple times.

Since September we are asking for gym facility but despite of many follow ups we have always received false commitment on the services start date and the facility is yet not provided to us.

Apart from above mentioned services we have taken 6D/5N trip from them for which we were forced to pay additional 35000 that too one week prior to our flight dates.
I have faced lot of issues in getting every single service from these people. I have done Multiple follow ups and mails and even after that they have always come up with false commitment.

I was taking all the pain in asking them services they were supposed to provide as I was under impression that the amount is unrefundable and I could not let go my money wasted.

But now I have given up on them. I want all my amount back because these guys are incapable of providing the services.

I want to file consumer complaint against them and shut down such services which fool people.
Please help me in achieving so and getting back my pending amount.

I have taken the membership for 2 year from likizo at cost of inr 62500 and during this time i can take all services offered for 5 year package. If i want to take full member i need to pay remaining amount after 2 year else contract will terminate but now after 1 year they are saying to pay full membership charges and now not providing services. They promised to give 2 year membership for 2 person but after 1 year they stopped it. I am fallowing the case for more than 1 month now but no positive response, every time they give new timeline. Also for holiday package they denied it saying you can choose either holiday or health club membership.

We have purchased likizo services in 24 september. They were given only fouls commitment. As i called support desk and they just replied me that they have forwarded the complaint to the higher authority and still m calling but no update from them.

So at this point, i felt they are not trust-able at all and hence i want my all money back.

Even after this, they are saying that money is non-refundable. And as per my knowledge, there is no any term refundable as per gov circular.

Need your help to get my money back.

I undersigned Mr.Prakash B. Nalawde age 62 year membership no :- LSM, wanted inform you that likizo representative gave us fake commitment about this company services, commited with me and windraw amount 25000/- before showing written agreement.
They committed us this amount is refundable if you are not satisfied with our services.
Your commitment are given below.:
1.one accommodation for couple free.
2. For additional 4 person mentanance charges only 1400/- i.e 350/- per person
3. Pick up and drop free
4.Breakfast & dinner free
5. Accommodation as per choice.
6.Total 6 night, 7 days free.
At time i send mail for accommodation booking on email id- [protected]@likizoservices.com, [protected]@likizoservices.com in response got reply stating that 2 night & 1 day is consider our company for 1 week and 4 person mentanance of Rs.13000 so we don't want to proceed with them services and membership so kindly refund amount 25000 /-in my account.

Kindly look into it on priority basis as this is my retirement money and savings.I don't have any pention.

I was approached by their person in baner with a lucky draw voucher and was next day invited to their office where they asked us to take their gold membership for 5 years worth 1, 00, 000 inr. We were forced to pay initial installment worth 25, 000 inr in the office itself. On hesitating to pay the complete amount, they started pestering and threatening to come to our home and make a spectacle.
They are not responding on any contact number or email that they have provided and have basically taken away my hard earned money. Please help us get the refund! I still have the contract they have made us sign and no terms have been full filled on it yet they are telling the membership fees in non refundable.

Hi yesterday i was called by likizo services in navi mumbai cbd belapur office address 205, v time square palm beach road sector 15 cbd belapur navi mumbai
I went there with my wife they have informed us on the schemes i was convinced for time being and paid 25000 as deposit and 120000 thousand in emi
I was first doubted when they told after paying amount u can not use cell phone and even internet was not working properly in the office (Letter understood jammer fitted)
But it was too late as i have made the payment
After reading all the reviews i am sure they frauded me
I need my money back need guidance on how to proceed further

I have enrolled for a 5 year membership with Likizo services. They offer holiday tours and gym facilities along with other benefits like event passes etc.
However, they don't fulfill their promise and I have to call them, email them to provide me with gym facilities and book the holidays.
In most of the cases they haven't even replied after 20 days and whenever I call their customer care they always have an excuse and give another deadline.
They have promised 4 star, 5star hotel brands for travel/ holiday stay but the hotels they offer are average ones.
I have only been provided with 2 day holiday for my membership and for that too I had to chase them for 2 months.

I paid 68000 and 5000/- cash to get facility for tour, monthly membership of gym and dinner for every month. When i get to book they told me to mail us and i am doing same thing but yet not get any conformation and any other mail. They give customer care no. But still it switch off and other people not recivied call. I want my money back from this company.

I have joined Likizo services in march 2018 and give 70000/- rupees, they ensured me best services and provide me assurance for proper response but after they got the money they stopped responding to any kind of communication. Also from past 1 year i haven't received anythig from Likizo. I got irritated and after reading all the details about them i am now confirmed that they are bogus and they just took my hard earned money and provided me nothing also there is no hope for the same. I want all my money back. Kindly provide me assistance in the matter.
