Limeroad — 2 months passed and refund still not received

Address: Gurgaon

I ordered and cancelled on the same day of amount 1275 on 25th November 2020. They have still not refunded the money to me. It has been 2 months nearly and money not received. Is this how long it takes to refund the money?
