Limeroad — 2 products were not delivered though full payment is done

There was an offer like buy 2 and get one free. Order No was [protected]. I was get delivered one product where other two products were not delivered to me. Full payment has been done. I had sent email to their customer care and I was given Request No 1372368 and was communicated to get a response within 48 hrs. There’s no response yet. I hv attached the snapshot of the order. Though I hv received one product, it’s reflecting like all 3 products have been delivered. Which is NOT true. Kindly take necessary action and do needful.

Updated by patramanas LimeRoad Customer support team had contacted me and told that they are going to initiate refund for those 2 products which haven’t been delivered to me. I shall wait to see when I am going to get the refund.

Updated by patramanas As per Limeroad recommendation, I had initiated LR credit to my bank account but the same amount hasn’t been credited to my bank account yet. It’s still reflecting in LR credits.
