Limeroad — amount debited in account but order not placed in limeroad

I ordered two kurtis today 03/01/2020 and placed order via hdfc netbanking, the amount of 1030 got debited from my account but the order hasn't been placed, please help me with this, as am one regular customer of limeroad and hence am facing this issue of very first time, so kindly help me to get resolved of this issue as soon and it would be glad for me to trust alot with limeroad, attaching the screenshot of the debited transaction of the amount.
