[Resolved] Limeroad — asked for replacement or refund no reply from the customer care or warehouse

I had bought a maroon party wear dress but got a black dress instead, asked for replacement. After 4-5 days still when I did not receive any update on it I called customer care and they said for status warehouse person will call back, firstly they kept dropping mail that they are not able to reach me and finally when I received the call they said that they have sent the right garment and if I disagree then they will have to investigate, now why the hell if I had received the right garment I would replace it and now the scene is neither I have the maroon gown nor the black one and they are not refunding my amount saying they cannot till the investigation is complete. And warehouse people are not giving me call back since then and customer care people keep fooling me around scheduling call every day. Heck of a company. I need my money back. Please do the needful and escalate the issue.
