Limeroad — cash not received after purchasing the product

Hi team,
I have brought the order [protected] by jan 16th but the cash back they are yet to provide. Without paying the cashback they say it got expired after a week.
I called the customer support 5 times and the 5th time they promised to give the cash back but they have not provided yet.
Now they don't even pick up the call.
