I purchased clothes from limeroad and got a cashback of 2300 on jan 25 as lr credits. It was on hold status and was not usable. I called on jan 27th when the customer care said it will be released in 2 or 3 days after the republic day offer gets over and will remain valid for 7 working days. The credits were on hold till 30th jan. What happened was, on jan 31 they sent a sms which gave less 4 hours to avail the credit. I did not view the sms during that time, the credit was nullified as mentioned in sms. I called back customer support next day and was only a vain. The answer i got is they cannot keep up the promise because of the system upgrade. Looking at the complaints, i realize that i am one among the many who faced this problem. Is there anything that can be done to get back the money as promised. This will help people who have lost money similar to me.
