I ordered three comforters and i received just one product that too a wrong product, got a jeans instead of the three items i ordered. And all the items are marked delivered. I returned it the next day and got refund for just one product. December 21st 2019 a day after i received the delivery i raised a complaint and since then i have been calling them every alternate day but they are not resolving the issue. They are just saying we will investigate and get back, allow us 1/2 days. This is the reply i get every time i call them. I have a cctv footage of their delivery boy delivering a small packet instead of 3 comforters. Also there was no invoice with the delivery. Please help me resolve the issue.
