Limeroad — Complaining about delay in delivery

I ordered one Anarkali Suit on 12 Sep 2015 (Order No. 1745403). Till date I have not received the Item. I have already paid for the same. On calling the Limeroad site I requested for the refund of my amount i.e. Rs.1290, despite of sending mail I have not yet received the refund.

size not correct

i had ordered one kurta vide order no 383457 and received the same on 22 oct 2014 but the size ordered is tight.i want one bigger size i.e i want XL size.
