[Resolved] Limeroad — Defamation and misbehaved case

I ordered few things from limeroad and some lady came to my house to deliver the product and she insulted my sister-in-law and misbehaved with everyone. I have asked limeroad how can a girl come and deliver my package but they are not able to take the complaint. I have been raising this issue with them but no solution is given to me. I have cctv footage for the incident.
