Limeroad — Delay of refund of the returned product

I had bought 2 sandals from limeroad.com ₹798 (COD). I was not happy with the product and I've returned back the product. Its been more than 10 days of returning back and i hadn't get my money back, in my limeroad accound the status of getting back the money is pending. I wrote email to customer support several times now they didn't reply. I was scared i want my momey back please help me.
