Order no: [protected] and [protected]

I have placed an order of 2 kurthis on jan 12th 2022. I have paid through debit card. it said that the products will be delivered by 23rd jan 2022. so i have been waiting for the call of the delivery agent but i didnt receive any call. so i have tracked my order on 20 jan 2022 and it said that 1 kurthi was delivered on 16th jan which i didnt receive and the other kurthi's delivery got failed and refunded as LR credit which had an option to transfer to my bank account so i clicked that option and again another issue arised which is i didnt receive that refund in my bank account and the status of the transfer shows as completed. resolve this by completing that transfer to my bank account.
for the first kurthi which says as delivered but i didnt receive the product, i have written mails to [protected]@limeroad.com for support but havent received any response and i didnt know what to do so now i have kept return through app hoping that the issue would be resolved.
kindly look into the issues and refund all the amount of 2 kurthis to my BANK ACCOUNT AND NOT TO LR CREDITS. Was this information helpful? |
