Limeroad — did not receive my product. but showing delivered on app.

I placed an order of 4 products from limeroad on 21st december 2019. I received 3 products from limeroad. 1 product is not delivered but on app it is showing delivered. My order no is 65177100. The product which i did not receive is bell sleeve gathered top by nandini fashions. The product code is 16339641. I contacted the customer care a number of times. But all in vain because i never got a reply

I received a order ...i request a return but i want to cancel that return request... I want to keep that product

I applied for transferring my 329 LR credit to my bank account .
Transfer status shows Transfer completed but i have not received a single penny in my bank account .
