[Resolved]  Limeroad — faulty product, bad refund policy

I have initiated a refund for a faulty product (Order number: [protected]) that was delivered to me. The material of the product is nothing as described online. Also, they have automatically changed the refund mode to lr refund instead of bank account refund.

The product was delivered to me and i am initiating this refund today itself. I don't think i should return the product till they change the mode of refund. I have seen several complainants here have not received their money yet.

I am never going to buy products from them. I just want my money back.

This T shirt is not suitable and the cloth is of poor quality, so kindly give me a chance to change the same. If for the other quality t-shirt I have to pay excess money I ready to give. So please replace it for my satisfaction. Thanking you
