Limeroad — faulty refund

I had ordered a shirt from limeroad order no - [protected] which i had returned the app didn't ask for the refund option and gave the money in limeroad credits.. I don't want my money to refunded in limeroad credits i want a refund in my bank account.. It is such a pathetic service which you provide neither was the quality of the item i ordered bearable nor is the service.. I want a refund as soon as possible otherwise i will be compelled to do some serious action against the app

Dear limeroad i was not satisfied with the product i purchased and i returned it, but i got LR Credits, pls do the needfull to get my money back as cash payment.
