Limeroad — Fraud of inr 5000 rs from my account

A plazoo kurta was returned to lime road dur to it's quality issue on 8 march and i received refund of inr 1592 as limeroad credit which i requested to transfer to my bank account it said queued but never returned and i lost my lr credit too so i complained it to customer care on 15 may a person contacted from their customer support he asked bank account to be refunded and took a otp and then he said refund is initiated but after a min rs 5000 debited from my account and they never picked up call again.. Kindly resolve my issue as i'm very angry with this fraud and want to fir and file a case against limeroad
