[Resolved]  Limeroad — Fraudulent Activity by LimeRoad

Hi, This is Tanusmita Ghoshal. I had placed an order on LimeRoad - order no. [protected]S1 on 16th October 2014. This was a buy one get one free offer for which I paid Rs 1400. Only one of the items was delivered on 27th Oct and a mail was sent on 29th Oct confirming the dispatch of 2nd item. After 12 days, I contacted the customer service and they informed me the item was "lost in transit". Firstly, they sent no communication on the lost product, they kept sitting on it for 12 days. Secondly, they refused to send out the product again, even though it was a prepaid order and they order was lost due to negligence at their end. They only agreed to refund, that to partial of the amount paid by me, and that too after speak to multiple people in the hierarchy. This is the second time an order I placed has lost in transit. And earlier too the website did not take any initiative to contact or inform about the loss. Please look into the matter, their facebook page has many such disgruntled customers who are venting out on facing similar issues. Looks like the website is cheating people.

It was my first order from lime road. Order no [protected]. The product is not as promised and feel cheated . When I requested fro return of the product, they wan me to do it at my cost . What a shame . Thank God I wan going to order few expensive things and trusted this India portal . Its horrible service one should be careful in dealing with these chepos.
I had ordered a creme crepe top but a wrong item was delivered. I requested return the same day. Instead of sending a person to pickup the wrong item (order number [protected] for cream crepe top) the very next day that I received and requested return, they kept delaying it so it can get over the 7-days period and cannot be returned. And we kept calling and emailing them several times.

The item is lying unused to be picked up. Today when I logged in the website it said 7-days period is expired and so item cannot be returned. LimeRoad, pickup the item and give my money (Rs 599.00) back to me, otherwise I swear I will never ever use LimeRoad again. So disappointed and unhappy.

Very very bad customer experience.

It is about the order no [protected] i placed this order on[protected] of 2 shirts but they delivered 2 jean instead of 2 shirts i immediately returned the product they told that the amount will soon be reflected in my bank account but it has been nearly 7 days still no refund returned but in the app it say refund processed i have all the copy of the last 10 transaction and all the history that i have done with this site

I orded a shirt on 22nd december. I recieved that in just two days i was so happy with service. But when i tried that its too large for me. Then i requested to return and refund on 24th december. And today their excutive picked up that product.i didnt get refund. When i check that in status its showing refund failed is this the way of return.

Shocking experience in shopping with lime road. On 11th of July 2018 received parcel from lime road but instead of the ordered products I.e. two Kurta palazzo sets, it was having a very DIRTY OLD DOORMAT full of dust.
On complaining repeatedly also nothing done by lime road. Amount paid was
Rs 2340/.
Lime Road is repeatedly telling me that there was nothing wrong at their end and that the right product was shipped.
This was my first experience of shopping with lime road and very horrible

I ordered two evening gowns from Limeroad.

Only one was delivered however the invoice on packet and website shows both the gowns are delivered.

Now its been almost 4 days I have been trying to contact Limeroad but there has been no response from their end,

Moreover now their customer helpline number is not working too..

Please resolve this

Same happened to me as well, they are not resolving infact they are denying that we have received one item despite of two
This Sunday there as fraud transaction from my account and i suffered substantial loss of money. actually i was already applied for refunds my money by limeroad application which was not received yet and whenever i call them they are doing fraud with us.

I have ordered two items on limeroad, ten days back received the parcel from limeroad delivery boy, so we thought it's two into the parcel and the delivery boy also asked for two suits 2022 rupees, after he left we found we received one item and in app also it's showing as delivered but we have not received the blue suit yet but payment done by us.it's been more than six months now, no response getting from limeroad.
