I had placed purchase order on 9 jan 2020 for cloths online on limeroad.com with order # [protected] in 50% cashback sell and paid inr 8741. I got 50% cashback in the form of lr credit of 4370, on 17 jan 2020 in my limeroad account with expiry date 24 jan 2020. On 21 jan 2020, i placed another purchase order for cloths online on limeroad.com with order # [protected] and paid inr 139 + 4370 (Lr credits). I received products and found that 4 items were not as per expectation. I read limeroad return and refund policy and return all 4 items of the second order on 27 jan 2020. Now limeroad is not refunding 2209 lr credits and saying that validity cross 24 jan expiry date. My concern is: limeroad has not mentioned anywhere in the policy that lr credits received under promotional offer, i[censored]sed for purchase order, on return will not be refunded if crossed expiry date. This situation is not discussed anywhere.in return and refund policy, it is mentioned clearly that l r credit used in purchase will be refunded in 5-10 business day. I had used cashbacks before expiry date and order delivered to me after expiry date. Now i return items as those were not meeting my expectations. Limeroad accepted return and picked products but not refunding my full money.
Therefore looking at non clarity of terms in return and refund policy, my lr credits should be refunded in my lr account. Was this information helpful? |
