Limeroad — i didn't received my order and it got cancelled and my lr credits were also expired at the same time they were added

We had place an order on july 2nd 2020. We got a message from lime road that it has been shipped on july 3rd 2020 awb:[protected] and expected delivery date on july 9th. But we didn't recieved any call or message till today from your delivery partner ecom express. Suddenly, on july 16th, 2:49 pm we got a message that our oreder had cancelled and lr creditsmwere applied and we have to order any item within 2 days with 445 lr credits. So, we have checked that in limeroad app but they were expired at the same time when they were added. How can it be possible? You gave us time upto 2 days and they were expired when they are added.. Please check our issue on limeroad
