[Resolved] Limeroad — i have not received the product and it's showing delivered and my account is not showing any order history so not getting the return option

I have ordered some clothing stuff from limeroad and i have just recieved one parcel and have not received other one and it's showing delivered. I even called up the courier service and they are saying that they have only one entry for the delivered items and there is no way i can track it. My account is also not showing any order history, i have to return the product recieved as it is not of good quality but not getting the return option even. Please help me in the matter
