Limeroad — I want my money back please

I had bought 2 sandals from limeroad.com ₹798(COD). I was not happy with the product and I've returned back the product. Its been more than 10 days of returing back the product and i hadn't get my money back, in my limeroad accound the status of getting back the money is pending i need my money back please i wrote email to customer support several times now they didn't reply please help me.
