[Resolved] Limeroad — I want to return my order

I want to return my order as the quality is really really bad and it is completely different from what was shown online.I was really shocked to see the quality of the material used.I tried to return by company's return policy but when I tried to return they showed my email id is invalid but it is not. I brought that order through this email id only.please help
