[Resolved]  Limeroad — Item is picked but no information regarding refund

I ordered a black leatherette handbag on 6th oct order no #[protected] but rather than feeling good on getting my order i was very much disappointed to see a wrong item... Instead i found a brown color handbag of woodland which is very much likely to be duplicate... As i have returnd back the order the item is picked by the agent but till now i get no information regarding the refund... limeroad needs a lot to improve on their service

Hi,
I have received mail from limeroad for offer that I can buy 3 ladies kurtas for 999 but while selecting offered dresses in cart then offer has not applied. It seems to be fake offer send to emails. please suggest me whether it is a valid offer or not.
