This is related to refund of Order No #[protected]. Firstly I don't understand why my refund was converted to LR credit in first place. Later the LR credit notification came saying the credits will expire - how is it possible and why my refund money has expiry date. After that I have initiated the LR credit transfer to Bank account on 10th June, but no updates so far. Can you please update me or transfer money bank to bank.
