Limeroad — lr credits failed to transfer my money to account

Address: 576 Aspire Lotus flat no 301 3rd block 10th cross, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560097

Hi, my return amount was in lr credits (₹1977) when i transferred it my bank account it kept the transaction status pending for a long time and now it's showing transaction failed. But my lr credits now became zero. So money neither credited to my bank nor in terms of lr credits. Trying to call customer care but no response. Pls solve this issue. Or else limeroad will lose its credibility.
