Limeroad — Money debited but order not placed

Address: 4th & 5th Floor, Plot No. 48, Sector 44 Road, Kanhai Colony, Sector 44, Near HUDA City Center Metro Station, Gurgaon, Gurugram, Haryana 122001

I ordered a saree from limeroad on 7th of November, 2020 paid through UPI method and ₹995 got deducted but the same is not being reflected in the limeroad app
Infact nothing is coming about the order I placed. Please do get this issue sorted.
