[Resolved] Limeroad — Money debited, order not showing on account

I ordered two wedges on 13 december. Money was debited instantly through payumoney but no order is showing on my account neither I have received my order even after 17 days. No reply from limeroad customer service.
Either send the two products I ordered or else refund my money.

As per your telephonic conversation with our advisor please be assured that we have already initiated the refund amount of Rs 499 on 24th December 2015 and it will reflect in your account within 4 working days from now. Please be informed that these glitches happen when the payment gets stuck in the gateway and doesn't go through. However, we assure you that the issue has been sorted now.
