Limeroad — Money got debited from my account but order didn't get placed

I placed an order on limeroad of INR 2639 (including taxes) the money got deducted from my accoumt but no order was placed. There is no way to directly contact the customer service
Please help me out as this is not at all reight and not how a company runs by defraudinh people.
