I order jeans but wrong product was given at same i was submit the return request of wrong from 3 days agent of ecom express come to pick up the delivary but the about payment i pay cash on delivary so I was not give that product to the ecom express plz suggest

Still I didn't receive my backpack... I received my backpack with damage so I requested for replacement courier boy took and went still i didn't get my money back or my bag... At least send my money or my bag asap
