[Resolved]  Limeroad — my transfer from lr credit to my personal bank account has failed. where is my money?

Hey! I've ordered a dress from limeroad but it didn't look good on me. So, i returned it back but the money was refunded to credit lr (Limeroad account) then i requested to transfer my money to my personal bank account.
But after that it shows the status that the transfer of the amount has been failed. If so then where is my money???

I don't fine that money on my bank account as well as no lr credits.
Where is my money???
