I am pinky who returned back a wrong item on 10th oct.. I actually order a black color handbag but being unlucky i got a wrong product of brown color handbag which is very much likely to be duplicate ... Its been one week already since the item is picked by the agent... I have been made fool by you and moreover limeroad hasn't initiate any proccess of my refund... How long will u take to give my refund limeroad??
