Have placed an order with Limeroad and i had cancelled it as it was not shipped even after 2 weeks. The refund credited to my LR credits and i requested them to transfer to my bank account. Since there was an option to transfer LR credits to bank account i have provided my bank account and tried transferring. However the status shows QUEUED. I reached out to the customer care email id and they informed me that it will take 7 days to get credited to my bank account. Even after 7 days i didnt get my money back. The customer care no. Is not reachable at any point in time. This is utter misbehavior on part of the company . I want this issue to be looked into urgently or else I will be forced to initiate legal action against them.
