Limeroad — Non refund of money

I had ordered for a hair clipper on 30 jun 2020 vide order id: [protected] and paid the money through paytm. After a few days i received a message that order cannot be fulfilled and the money is refunded as lr credit, today when i thought of buying something through those lr credit the is vanished and no one limeroad is giving an answer to that. LimeRoad customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 24, 2020 Updated by Madhua The said complain is not solved till now, I want to know if Limeroad cannot supply the ordered item and cancel the order from their end, it should return the amount paid for it to the source from where the money was paid. How it is transferred to LR credit and vanished from there. I shall get back my money otherwise I will be compelled to look for other legal actions
