Limeroad — not refunded

I had brought an iteam that cost 766 and its been delivered and it has no quality and it is too large for me and i return it and yesterday the man came a take the package from me and the fund is refunded ad lr credit.
The there was an option to transfer lr credit to bank account i clicked it and fill my bank details and it show successful transferred but no money was transferred to my account
My account details was very correct
Please help me
