I ordered 3 sarees in two diff orders on 14th & 15 th of april 2020 of order no ([protected] and [protected]) respectively due to lockdown they are saying they will take atleast 1month to deliver my product, as i have to gift those items to someone for birthday purpose i have cancelled the order on 28th of april, after cancellation they transferred my whole paid money of rs1723 as lr credit to my limeroad account, i requested for a redemption of the whole amount to my bank on that very day they said it will take 6-7working days to reflect on my account but still today its 18th of may 2020 the money hasn't been transferred to my account i have mailed them 10-12 times atleast within this period but everytime they are avoiding it by giving me some silly reasons and lame excuses like technical issues, redemption reprocessed, lockdown barriers, less amount of staffs nd so on.. Plz help me on this, what should i do this is my first purchase over limeroad, i got no clue about these kind of forgery they are doing with everyone.. My email id is jkane. [protected]@gmail.com

Do u know someone who lives in delhi or gurgaon?? I have there ofc address if nyone could go physically there then these matters will be solved otherwise its a complete waste, lots of peoples are suffering with this same kind of problem
