I booked multiple items under order [protected]. I received all the items except 1. I raised a complaint and they customer service said to wait for 7 working days. I have to travel and so I requested to cancel and refund the amount. For this too they said I need to wait for 7 working days. Now I get unnecessary calls for promotions and offers but no one resolved my issue. It's already 4 days and no trace of where the item is or refund. I had very bad experience with limeroad.
