I have purchased few item in limeroad in covid 19 period and the company declared they are facilitating the service. Two days before i except the order but i saw the quality of goods is so pore then i decided to returned the item. From two days i m finding the way to retunred the item in my app retunred need option is showing and ask to courrier retunred by customer in his own way. Abd dir thatlllfrom two days i am trying to retunred the source and send a mails more than 15 times as courier srrvuce right now is not available in my city but everytine i dissatisfied no response from the team they utter same reply that i will send them courrier. How can it be possible in my city due to civid19 courrier service is not available here and i asked them to extend the retunred time still no reply. Even at the time of purchase the company has not declared such things. They are just making us full. If the company declaring service is available in covid 19 period they should also accept the retunred lik other company but it’s a cheating with customer and one type of customer harassment. I want strict action should be taken on the company and help me to get back my money by retunreding their itemscompany will
