Dear Team,
From 8th of Feb, I am trying to to return one order no 89676180. I placed the request on 8 th, but no one came to pick it up, and the order no got auto cancelled.
Again i placed on 14 th, but still it's not picked up. I received message that a rep would be coming to collect the parcel, i reched out to him some 15 times but he kept on telling that he would come but he never visited my house to pick the package.
And today i received a call from your rep stating that 3 times delivery pick was initiated so now nothing can be done.
This is unacceptable behaviour from your team, where you are penalising the customer for no fault of mine.
I have been shopping from your portal for more than a year and this behaviour of your is making me rethink on sticking with you any longer.
I have added some 7 items in kitty to buy, but until the return is processed, i would not be buying those items.
My experience so far had been bad for this particular order. I need the refund to be processed asap. Was this information helpful? |
