The issue that I have experienced was: I returned the right product to Limeroad .. but they are saying product received is wrong... Now I am asking to send me the photo of the cover in which so called wrong product is received mentioning the my name on the packet ... they couldn't send me and they are simply saying the refund can't be processed... I am feeling I got cheated ... I being a Limeroad membership account holder and ordered hundreds of items.. was having trust on Limeroad... Now I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer care service.. WITHOUT PROOF I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS..!!! SEND ME THE PROOF THAT I SENT A WRONG PRODUCT...

I WANT MY REFUND FOR THESE 2 ITEMS ASAP.. AS I AM PRETTY SURE I RETURNED THE RIGHT PRODUCTS

I have a similar complaint regarding this company LIMEROAD.
They have a pathetic customer care service. They dont give the refunds to their customers. This is a fraud company.
Thry haven't refunded my 1275rs and 2 months have passed. Their customer care numbers don't work.
I am looking to form a group with the aggrieved customers and take this matter to consumer court. I request you to send me a message on my number [protected] and when you find some time, kindly post a comment on similar customers complaints to invite them for the resolution.
