Limeroad — Payment deducted twice but no order confirmation/no error

Hi team,
I had added a product in cart and directly used buy now option. It took me to the payment page and i made the payment through icici bank. Once otp and payment was confirmed, the order page was not re directed. I got re directed to the buy now option page again. I was logged in using my phone number ([protected]) . I tried to purchase the product again and it did the same thing. Now I have two payment deducted without any order confirmation.
I have money deducted message as below:-
Dear Customer, xxxxxx is the OTP for online payment of Rs 1219.0. OTPs are SECRET. DO NOT disclose it to anyone. ICICI Bank NEVER asks for OTP.
