Limeroad — Prepaid not delivered

I ordered an unstitched suit from limeroad on 16th January, 2021. Order no. of such product is [protected]. I had ₹ 560 amount as credit in the app as I had returned a product and got refunded the amount on the LR credits. Such amount was deducted when I ordered the above mentioned product which was priced ₹ 587 including taxes and delivery charge. I had yet to pay ₹ 27. After a few days when I didn't receive the product, I checked the tracking details and it showed that the product was already delivered. I complaint many times in Limeroad customer care but I got no response. After looking up, I came across many customers claiming to being cheated by the company. Please look into this matter.
