Limeroad — Product not delivered from limeroad

Order no 71145301
One friend of mine ordered the same product as i ordered vide order no mentioned above a few days after i ordered. I have still not got my product, whereas he received the product a week ago from today.
Moreover the delivery location of mine is far urban than my friends.
My location — jorhat, assam, pin - 785001
My friend location — maibella pin 785689
