Limeroad — Product Returned but Refund still not received

Address: 4th & 5th Floor, Plot No. 48, Sector 44, Near HUDA City Center Metro Station, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122001, India.

We have purchased 3 products (lehenga on buy 2 get 1 free scheme) for which I received delivery around 23rd of September

I did not like the material of the products and returned all the 3 products on 25th Sept.
All the 3 products were collected and even the status on the site was showing the same.

We got a refund for 2 products and for the 3rd product, it was still showing, product collected, Quality Check Pending

When spoke to the customer care, it was told that they cant find the product. This is not my fault, if they are unable to find the product, what can i do. I have sent reminder email, but they have the same answer that they have forwarded to the relevant department.
