Limeroad — product return/exchange - order no. [protected]

I had raised a return as well as exchange order on 20th april'2018. Since that day, every single day i get to know the parcel will be picked up by courier person with in next 24 hours and so far it never happened. Instead, to my great surprise, every following day i am receiving a sms of failed pick-up attempt by the courier person. I am a work from home person and mother of a small kid; hence i stay at home 24x7. I have sent several e-mail to your customer service dept and everytime received a call with the assurance of scheduled return pick up by next 24 hours and that never happened. I am no more interested to exchange the size; i would rather go for returning all the products. I want a prompt and well-implemented action on this.

Hi,

I have returned an item which i purchased in LimeRoad. The refund amount was credited into LR credit balance. I want to transfer the amount into personal account number

I dint receive my product I got a msg that ur product will be delivered today but I dint receive any calls at all and when I tracked my orders it is given that I have given wrong pincode
I have give the right address for delivery r else the delivery boy should have contacted me kindly check the status n deliver my product
