Hi i ordered a kurta and it was shown with so much animated effects but in reality was a #.. I thought to exchange rather than refund but i think it was a blunder by me to given them a chance and invested another 500 bucks and again second time product shown was totally opposite and i asked for my refund in bank but so harrsaing that no intimation of refund but instead showing refund failed... Is this the way to handle a customer who trusted you? Did i do some crime in ordering from lr... Immediately i want my refund and not lr credits at all.
