I have cancelled a product on 30th april - order no - #[protected], amount got credited to lr credits instated of original payment source. Same day i have added a bank account and provide request to transfer my money to my bank account. As per their policy refund will be processed on 5-7 working days, however today is the 10th working day from the day i cancelled the order, but still i am waiting for the refund they don't have any customer care option - no email no contact number - as they don't have any contact information except physical address they should strict to their timeline as per their own policy. Pathetic experience.
