[Resolved] Limeroad — refund amount due

I recently ordered a jeans and paid it by lr credits and debit card. The agent however was not able to get in touch with me and so the item was sent back. I then got a message stating that the amount I paid thru my debit card will be refunded in 7 working days but it didn't. I tried calling the customer care but it was pointless. Refund amount is transfered to lr account i dont want money to limeroad account. I want money back to my bank account. I dont like the product quality.. And i dont want to shop another time from limeroad. So give my money back to my bank account please.
