[Resolved]  Limeroad — refund amount not credited for cancelled order

Address: 4th & 5th Floor, Plot No. 48, Sector 44 Road, Kanhai Colony, Sector 44, Near HUDA City Center Metro Station, Gurgaon, Gurugram, Haryana 122001.

Hi team,
I have ordered two kurtis with order number [protected] and [protected] with total 2207 rs on 2nd april 2020.

I have cancelled it later and refund moved to lr credits. I had contacted customer support and requested the refund to my axis bank account on 19 th april.

Till now i didn't receive my refund amount and the limeroad shopping app is cheating customers. I have contacted the customer support through email multiple times but no response.

I am having the entire proof and even ready to raise a consumer case against limeroad in court.

I want my money back.
